‍Responsibilities:
- Attend Open Home inspections of properties as per the given instructions
- Capture detailed video footage of the property condition, documenting any pre-existing damage or concerns
- Provide a written report summarizing your observations, including cleanliness, functionality, and neighborhood suitability for families
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate various inspection times

‍Qualifications:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for observation and ability to accurately document conditions
- Preferably, the applicant should have a valid driver's licence and own/drive a car
