Our team can represent you during property inspections and share a video footage of the property. We also provide you a detailed report of property condition, its cleanliness and our observations related to convenience and safety of the neighbourhood.

We can help you with filling the lease applications and talk to the property leasing agents on your behalf and negotiate the lease terms to secure the lease in our favour

collecting keys & connecting utilities

After securing the lease, we collect the keys from the agency office and connect utilities such as gas, electricity and internet for the rental home.

We can receive you at the airport on arrival and arrange a Taxi or Maxi Cab for your ride to home (Taxi fare apply)
